Every home from Essence is covered by a comprehensive 2-5-10 year home warranty insurance. This coverage includes materials and labour for 12 months, 15 months for common property (Multi-family Only), 2 years for defects in material and labour for major systems, 5 years for the building envelope, and 10 years for structural components.
